Anna Gluck
Chief Human Resources Officer
Anna leads the cornerstone of Transtar’s company culture backed by 23 years in Human Resources. Excelling in talent management strategies, she has a proven track record of championing a best-in-class employee experience. Her strategic initiatives led to Transtar’s receipt of the 2022 Smart Culture Award issued by Smart Business, affirming her dedication to cultivating a workplace environment that prioritizes employee satisfaction and engagement. Her achievements include programs for career advancement and an employer brand campaign promoting a modern, multigenerational workforce. She was recognized as a 2017 finalist for Crain’s Cleveland HR Innovation Archer Award and honored as a member of the 2022 Class of Women at the Wheel issued by Babcox Media’s Aftermarket News. Anna earned a BS in Education and an MBA from Cleveland State University. She also holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation through the Society of Human Resource Management.
Chris Bodh
Group President, General Repair Business
Chris Bodh joins NMG bringing 40 years of automotive experience with him. His journey began as a mechanic where he honed his skills before becoming a counterperson. Demonstrating exceptional drive and business acumen, Chris became a 50% co-owner of Arch Auto Parts and shortly after acquired full ownership of the business at the age of 25. Chris has cultivated Arch into a thriving business and his dedications and contributions to the industry have earned him recognition. His hands-on experience and visionary leadership have propelled him to remarkable success in the automotive industry.
Erik St. Pierre
President of Transend Auto Tech
Erik is a seasoned leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, joining NexaMotion Group with over a decade of experience as a co-founder of PartsTech. Under his leadership, PartsTech achieved remarkable growth and set new industry standards. He played a pivotal role in revolutionizing parts procurement, driving technological advancements that enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. With deep expertise in digital transformation and aftermarket solutions, Erik has significantly shaped the future of automotive parts commerce. At NexaMotion Group, Erik will drive innovation and operational excellence within the organization. Erik holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts.
Joseph Levanduski
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, & Chief Operating Officer
With nearly four decades in finance and accounting, Joe has been an integral part of Transtar Holding Company since 2017. Previously, he held various Accounting and Finance executive positions, including CFO, over a fifteen year career at Hawk Corporation and was the EVP/CFO of A. Schulman, Inc. Joe previously served on the Board of Directors of AeroRepair Inc., and Robin Industries where he held the Chairman position prior to retiring in 2022. He is also a distinguished member of Leadership Cleveland's Class of 2003 and was inducted into the 2011 Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business Hall of Fame. He holds an MBA in finance from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cleveland State University.
Kevin Rozsa
Executive Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions
Kevin leverages nearly 40 years of automotive aftermarket experience in his strategic M&A role at Transtar. His journey in the industry began at Schaeffler, a long-standing Transtar supplier, where he made significant strides in sales, marketing, and product management. Since joining Transtar in 2001 as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Kevin has adeptly navigated through various leadership positions. His roles have spanned International Sales, Pro King, Nickels Performance, Category Management, and Supply Chain, demonstrating his versatile expertise. In 2024, Kevin was appointed to the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Cleveland Chapter's board of directors. He currently chairs the ACG Cleveland Strategic Acquirer Network and actively contributes to the ACG Akron Committee. Furthermore, Kevin's insights into market trends are valued on the Auto Care Association (ACA) Market Intelligence Committee. Kevin's academic background, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College and an Executive MBA from Kent State University's Graduate School of Management, has laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements.
Neil Sethi
President & Chief Executive Officer
Neil boasts a 20-year tenure in the automotive industry. Formerly the co-founder and CEO of Transmaxx, a tech-driven parts distributor acquired by Transtar in 2017, he has held progressive roles at Transtar before becoming its President and CEO. Neil is also a Director for University Hospitals, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and University School, a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and the 50 Club of Cleveland, and a Lifetime trustee for the University of the Aftermarket foundation. A University of Pennsylvania Magna Cum Laude graduate, Neil holds a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Tom DeMille
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Tom spearheads high-level growth initiatives as a 30-year transmission industry veteran. Beginning his career with Metran Automatic Transmission Parts later acquired by Axiom Automotive, Tom was ultimately promoted to Regional Vice President. He also served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Transmaxx, LLC. In his tenure with Transtar, he has continued his rise through the ranks to Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He is a member of the Ohio State Center for Automotive Research External Advisory Board. Tom is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia with a BS in Accounting.
